Sometimes we do not perform optimally. We know we have the skills to do it better and it is like “It is on the tip of my tongue”, but never the less, we don’t manage to perform.

Coaching is to help persons or teams getting the skills from the tip of the tongue to actions, and thereby achieving optimum performance. No specific tools will be given, as person(s) will be guided to find a way suiting one self.

Mentoring is providing people with specific tools with the goal to make people more resilient and endurant and at the same time more relaxed.
